Multitalented Aquileana nominated me for a Black Wolf Blogger award.
I am thrilled because it is my first award :). Aqueliana has a fantastic blog. She writes about the times when the Gods and the Humans mingled together. She knows mythology well and her interpretations are amuzing and blissful.
I thought it would be appropriate to post these images as a thank you:)
I am to nominate 10 bloggers for this award; check out their blogs, you will like what you read and see.
Here are the rules:
1. The nominee shall display the Black Wolf Blogger Award logo on her/his blog.
2. The nominee shall nominate ten (10) she/he admires, by linking to their blogs and informing them about it.
Inese, congratulations on receiving your first award. They are amazing little gifts. Your photography is amazing and you thoroughly deserve them.
Well done!
Vijay
Vijay, thank you! These awards have a bigger purpose: I post links to the bloggers I nominate; they get more traffic, and more people get to know them. It is me introducing them to the blogger world, and I think it is great and worth these 30 minutes I spent on the post. Never refuse the award, it is a token of friendship:)
That’s very true…I have a whole haul of them. You can see them all on this page.

Inese – Thank you so much. I officially became an awards free blog at the beginning of 2014 but ever now and then, I make an exception. This award seems easy enough and I should be able to make it happen within the next couple of weeks. You are a gem. Sheri
Sheri, I understand that these awards serve as a promotion tool for the blogger community: the fastest way to spread a word:) More people learn about your blog, and you too can discover something interesting. Thank you!:)
Inese
Thank you again for the lovely nomination Inese! Your posts really make me miss Europe. I lived overseas until I was 19, and at almost 30 I still have not been back. At least I have your photos 🙂
Oh Alisa, I will post more photos for you then… My daughter lives in the USA, and she cannot bear flights… It breaks my heart, I know how much she wants to see her home town again…
That has to be so hard for her to miss home! Where is she located in the US? And the photos are so lovely, so thank you.
It is hard yes, she wouldn’t be able to travel because of her health condition. They live in Utah, beautiful place to live. Can do road trips instead:) Thank you for stopping by!:)
I truly appreciate the mention, Inese! 🙂 Thank you!
Please, allow me to graciously decline.
Best wishes, Keith
That’s not a problem, Keith, you don’t have to accept anything you don’t like:) My best wishes!
It is all right Uncle Tree:)

Aquileana 😀
Thank you Aquileana:) All the best!:)
I totally agree! 🙂
The one in Jardin des Tuileries, Paris. I find the dying Minotaur’s hands a very impressive feature. He is not fighting anymore, he gave up. I would love to find out the story of the statue.
Thank you Aquileana! I will keep an eye on your Myths:)
Thanks for the nomination. I will come up with my list of 10. By when?
Take your time, I was said no rush there.
Oh, pigeons on point.
made themselves cozy
Thanks for the nomination!
You welcome, Linda!:)
This is simple enough – I can definitely make time for this next week! Thanks, Inese!
