  1. That i know puffin is browser app, I dont know if puffin animal really exists.
thats so cute, looks like a doll. maybe a combination of bird, duck and penguin 😀

    1. Haha, that’s right, something for the conference calls from mobile phones, right? They are the most beautiful seabirds. The size is like 1/3 of a duck.

    1. Thank you Francis! The colors depend on where the puffins sit. It is why I have two kinds of puffin pictures, very different in color 🙂 I stay on the island from 12.00 to 16.00, and the sun is in a certain position at that time. There are more other factors too. Have to be lucky to catch the right light 🙂

  2. I love those puffins and remember a poem which has them in my childhood poetry anthology. . .
Hugs and smiles sent to you for sharing this very special and unique excursion with us, Inese. xo ❤️

    1. Thank you Robin! Glad you found something special in my blog 🙂 You will also like my next blog that I have scheduled for September 8 :). I myself will be away on holidays ❤

      1. I’m so glad you have special family holidays planned. I enjoy all the different wonders you capture. 💐
I just have cut back on my time to blog. It is really helping me to have time with family and for myself to relax, too.
Enjoy and “be in the moments,” Inese. ❤️

          1. Indeed! First comes Family 💞 and Faith. 🕊️
Then your photography which is truly a Gift, Inese. 📷 Then your friends who love your blogging with fabulous photos. ❤️

    1. Thank you Sarah! I had plenty of time to visit with puffins as I didn’t move around the island much this year. I sat there and they didn’t mind me 🙂

  3. Such stunning photos, Inese. You have captured these gorgeous birds perfectly and their antics make me want to say ‘aah…’ Fabulous setting, too.

    1. Thank you! 🙂 If our Earth had to choose a human and a wild species to represent the planet, my choice would be the Irwin family and a puffin 😀
